West Content Keys Wildlife Management Area

The West Content Keys lie approximately 25 miles northwest of Marathon, north of Little Crane Key. These islands, west of Content Passage, are accessible at high tides. Broad, shallow tidal creeks dissect the area, and nesting ospreys (Pandion haliaetus) and wading birds inhabit the islands.

A 50-acre, idle-speed no wake zone is established in the eastern tidal creeks, with a 44-acre no-entry zone in one cove.
